In the year 1962 Herbert Wechselberger gave the order to start with the structural work and around

Christmas 1963 it was finished.  At the beginning it was a bed and breakfast with 20 beds but within

the years we gained a big amount of regular guests and in the year 1986 our Alpengruß

was  converted to 40 beds and from then on half board was offered.

After 50 years Herbert resigned as a host and handed the guest house Alpengruß over to his son Martin on the 01.08.2017. Since then Martin and his wife Jasmin manage the guest house. The Alpengruß  is continued from the next generation with true warmth and hospitality.
